Salon Policies

Excellence Cancellation Policy: Due to a high volume of cancellations and no-shows (no call, no show, non-emergency last minute cancellations), we are enforcing our cancellation policy. As a courtesy to your stylist, please call 48 hours prior to your scheduled chemical and / or extension services and 24 hours for all other services (not including Shawn Kyle Permanent Cosmetics, Waxing by Jessica, or Hidden Gem Lashes by Elizabeth); this will allow your stylist to book another appointment to replace the canceled service. Failure to cancel within these time limits will result in possible payment for the full service or a deposit for all future appointments.

Deposit Policy: If you are asked to leave a deposit for any service, the deposit can be used towards a service of equal or greater value, within a month. The deposit will expire after a month of the transaction. All deposits are non-refundable, but will be used towards your scheduled service. In the event that said service is considered a “no-show”, the deposit will be used as payment for the missed appointment and the client will be required to make an additional deposit for any future appointments.

Children Policy: Children are asked to remain quiet and well-behaved in the salon during your service. If you want to make the most of our time, it would be best for you to leave your children with another care taker. If the service is being overly disruptive by a child, we reserve the right to politely end the service, and charge full price for the appointment, due to the fact that we have many services at the salon that require a tame and quiet environment. Please plan accordingly. All children under the age of 13 are expected to be chaperoned by their parent or guardian at all times, while at the salon. They must not be left unsupervised during your visit. Any person under the age of 13 who has not received a past service will have to be approved by the stylist, as we are limiting new children clients at Excellence.

Appointment Confirmation Policy: For those clients who have cell phones, we do text confirmations. To confirm your appointment, you must reply to the automated text with the letter “C” to successfully confirm your appointment or call the salon. Confirmations are sent 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We will, from now on, be expecting clients with cell phone numbers on file to confirm their appointments through text. If you have a home number only, we will call you to confirm your appointment. All unconfirmed appointments will be automatically canceled within the last hour of the day before your scheduled appointment due to an extensive wait list.

Fridays: 10 AM – 6 PM

Saturdays: 9 AM – 4 PM
