New Color or Chemical Clients:
All new chemical clients are required to have a consultation. To simplify the process, book a consultation or consult by text at 281-450-3697 or 346-546-9429 (with pictures of current hair and inspiration pictures and your name.) If you have never had a chemical service, here at the salon, or it’s been more than a year since you have, your appointment must be made over the phone, and a deposit will be requested. Please call the salon for an appointment at 281-427-6360. Thank you for understanding.

Cancellation Policy for Excellence
We require a 24 hour notice, prior to your scheduled appointment, to cancel or reschedule. No shows or anyone with a habit to cancel on the same day of their appointment, may be subject to pay a non-refundable deposit upon making your next appointment. If payment is refused, the client must be a walk-in client, from then on.
Child Policy
Children are asked to remain quiet and well-behaved during their visit to the salon. The child must be in the company of their parent or guardian, while at Excellence. If services are being overly disrupted by a child, we will politely end the service and reserve the right to charge full price.
