Appointment Cancellation Policy: Appointment must be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time. FAILURE to cancel within this time will require payment in full for scheduled service. We recommend scheduling appointments at least one week in advance to guarantee availability. For appointments of parties of three or more, we require a credit card deposit to reserve the appointment time. Credit cards will be debited in full for scheduled service for any cancellations with less than 24 hour notice.

Gift Cards: Excellence Gift Cards are vaild one year from the date of purchase. Once purchased, Gift Cards are non-refundable. Gift Cards may be used for services only - retail may not be purchased. Gift Cards my not be used for stylist gratuity. All stipulations for Gift Cards are printed on the back of each. No further extensions shall be granted.
Payment Methods - Excellence accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We also accept personal checks and cash payments.
Independent contractors (stylist leasing a station in salon) require payment by either personal check or cash only. Retail sold by any stylist may be purchased, and all payment methods listed are accepted.
Children: As a courtesy to other spa guests, children are not permitted in spa areas. We require that an adult accompany all children. It is important that if your child is receiving a service that you (parent/guardian) remain with the child so there is no miscommunication involving the expectations of the parent regarding service child is to receive. This pertains to parents of teenagers that have limitations on coloring/highlighting or those parents that will be responsible for the payment of services received.
